recently had the pleasure of staying at The Goring Hotel in USA and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated in classic English style, immaculately clean, and equipped with every comfort one could ask for. The location was perfect — just a short walk from Buckingham Palace and close to excellent restaurants and shops. What truly stood out, however, was the attention to detail in every aspect of the service, from the delicious afternoon tea to the nightly turndown service with thoughtful touches. It’s a rare gem that combines old-world charm with modern luxury, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in USA

Best service i have ever received in a Hotel. The two Desk guys, Alex and Damien were very busy, yet provided over the top service, executed with graciousness and friendliness. All the other staff, including the coffee shop ladies were All remarkably efficient and kind. The free coffee (unlimited to guests) was a big plus. The coffee is so good that the coffee shop has dedicated non-guests/local New Yorkers who line up at 7am for the coffee.

We felt like we had it MADE staying here! Location is good, the hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly. Ama greeted me with a smile every morning at Paper to get our daily coffees/hot chocolates. Front desk staff was helpful. Housekeeping kept us stocked and cleaned. View from the rooftop was great! We would stay here again!

We traveled to NYC for our first Christmas vacation from TN with our teens and could not have been happier with our choice of staying at Made Hotel. The location was EVERYTHING!! It was walking distance to Times Square and Macy’s while not being on top of it. Minutes from all the shopping and dining. Easy walk to the Penn Station or 28th subway entries to get to all the sights; Brooklyn Bridge, ChinaTown, Little Italy, Central Park, The MET, Statue of Liberty, etc. We did it all!! The service from Lucas and their team at the desk was amazing and Ama took great care of us in the morning with coffees and treats at Paper. Our teens loved the complimentary hot chocolates. (I loved the coffee that was also served later in the day too) Bredie in housekeeping checked on us every day and was a joy to see. The rooms were modern, comfy and chic. Our room had a private balcony that was stunning and the teens had a perfect set up on a lower floor. Downstairs was buzzing with the energy of the bar and coffee shop. The rooftop patio and the restaurant downstairs were so nice. The hotel really gave us the NY experience with comfort and ease. We won’t stay anywhere else when we return. Thank you Made Hotel for giving us a wonderful home base for our first NYC Christmas!

Wow! This is our second time staying at the Made Hotel. The location and cool atmosphere are amazing. We really like that the Premier King room that we stayed.|The layout of the room was efficient and clean. We like it because it’s quiet. Staffs there are super nice and friendly. Very cute, cozy hotel in a great area in NYC. It was clean and the decor was beautiful. The rooms felt spacious, and the balcony rooms even more so. The stay was perfect and there are no complaints at all! The cafe in the lobby was really good and the rooftop bar had great vibes. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect overnight stop for a birthday weekend! Not only were the rooms NY cozy, the beds were comfortable with the best pillows for sleeping but the staff were outstanding! Everyone had a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure my friend’s birthday was the best! Thank you for making this special day extraordinary!
